I'm under no illusion, I know I'm no Deliah Smith, but would like to be able to live on more than tortilla wrap presses, omelettes and pancakes when I have to leave home. Sure I could bake everything, but the satisfaction of eating a good proper dinner is somethign I'd like to be able to do. Hence; I am going to learn to cook. Boom. I'mma try and cook a meal at least once a week, not a lazy lunch - a PROP'AH DINNAH! So yeah, last Saturday night I made an 'Ocean Pie' Let's see how long before I crack....
